History

For nearly ten years, the New Majority has been at the forefront of California’s and the nation’s political stage. Contributing tens of millions of dollars to candidates and causes, the New Majority’s mission goes beyond being a major donor – it is dedicated to creating change that redefines the political landscape of California and the nation.

To support its mission, the New Majority has created a Political Action Committee (PAC) that has grown to become California’s largest Republican PAC. Also, the New Majority recently created the Federal Political Action Committee (FEDPAC), which is dedicated to promoting national candidates. In addition, the New Majority’s nonprofit association is promoting pubic policy and conducting research that makes a difference.

From a modest beginning in 1999 with just four members, to over 350 members today across four chapters and an annual budget of more than $3.5 million, the New Majority is in a league of its own. Additionally, members of the New Majority individually contribute millions of dollars to political candidates and causes. With each election the New Majority helps shape the debate here in California and on the national scene.
