Federal

In July 2003, the New Majority began the process of qualifying a Federal Political Action Committee (FEDPAC). In order to begin, at least 50 members needed to contribute to this cause. Nearly 100 percent of the membership participated – enabling the New Majority FEDPAC to become a multi-candidate PAC and allowing it to give larger contributions to candidates. Since the beginning, all of the federal funds have been raised strictly on a volunteer basis in efforts to enhance the New Majority’s current political plan and profile. One of the main missions of the organization has been to identify and support quality candidates. In 2004, the New Majority successfully supported President Bush in his reelection campaign, contributing the maximum amount as a multi-candidate PAC.

FEDPAC Target Seats

Federal Political Action Committee (FEDPAC)
New Majority California has created the Federal Political Action Committee (FEDPAC), which is dedicated to promoting national candidates. For the past several years the New Majority has played a major role in supporting presidential and congressional candidates. We approach FEDPAC with the same philosophies we use in our decision making process for California candidates.
